To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues.
If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elitestylesboutique.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service or UPS. Elite Styles Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that state are delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Just a reminder that after your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order (this doesn't include weekends or holidays). When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

Once Elite Styles Boutique ships your order, any change or delay is completely out of our control.
Our policy lasts 14 days for shipped orders (from delivery date) for store credit in the form of a e-gift card only. We do not offer money back refunds on returned items. Online credits (e-gift cards) are sent via email to the email used at checkout. Please allow 5 business days to process your return once it arrives back to us. Store credit can be used immediately and is valid for one year from the issued date.
If the 14 Days have gone by since the delivery day, unfortunately we can not offer you a store credit.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and include the original tag. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.
Inside your package please enclose the original packing slip.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping cost are the customer's responsability. Elite Styles Boutique does not provide return shipping labels.
Orders that are shipped free: Shipping fees will be deducted from online credit.
