RETURNS

SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. THERE WOULD BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Our policy lasts 14 days for shipped orders (from delivery date) for store credit in the form of a e-gift card only. We do not offer money back refunds on returned items. Online credits (e-gift cards) are sent via email to the email used at checkout. Please allow 5 business days to process your return once it arrives back to us.  Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.

If the 14 Days have gone by since the delivery day, unfortunately we can not offer you a store credit. 

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and include the original tag. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.

Inside your package please enclose the original packing slip. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping cost are the customer's responsability. Elite Styles Boutique does not provide return shipping labels.

Orders that are shipped free: Shipping fees will be deducted from online credit.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
