TERMS & CONDITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Elite Styles Boutique, whose Instagram handle is @elitestylesbtq. The "Prize" refers to a $500 Store Credit Voucher redeemable exclusively at The Promoter’s online store.

By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All entries must be received by Sunday, December 7th, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST. One (1) winner will be randomly selected on Monday, December 8th, 2025, and notified via email after this date.

The giveaway is open only to entrants located in the United States of America. One (1) winner will be chosen at random.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to participate.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.

Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted.
Each entrant must enter by subscribing to The Promoter’s email (and/or SMS) list via the official giveaway form.

The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner from eligible entries. The Promoter will not be held liable if the prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled for any reason.

To the extent permitted by law, The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted entries, or for any technical failures affecting participation.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
No cash alternative is available. Should the Prize become unavailable, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

The $500 Store Credit may only be used for purchases made at Elite Styles Boutique’s online store and cannot be applied toward previous purchases, shipping fees, or exchanged for cash.

By entering, participants agree that their name, email, and phone number may be collected and used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition or these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, without prior notice.

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

With the winner’s permission, their first name and/or social media handle may be shared on The Promoter’s social media platforms to announce the result.
